ALLENTOWN, PA – December 2, 2009 – H.I.M. ON CALL’s “RAConciliation™”, a RAC Tracking and Denials Management system, has been approved by the American Hospital Association (AHA) as a RACTrac compatible product. The AHA’s RACTrac is a web-based data collection system that will allow AHA to collect and report the impact of RAC activity on hospitals across the country.
RAConciliation™ is a web-based solution for use by hospitals, physicians and outpatient facilities to log, track, reconcile and report on all aspects of any RAC audit request. The solution captures all activities and manages the entire audit process from the initial request for information or denial notification, through appeals to final outcome. In addition to RAC audit requests, RAConciliation™ can be used for all audit and denial types from any third party.
