H.I.M. ON CALL is Awarded Remote Coding Contract from Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian

H.I.M. ON CALL is Awarded Retrospective Data Quality Reviews Contract from Hospital San Carlos Borromeo

Hato Rey, Puerto RicoFebruary 2, 2009 — Hospital San Carlos Borromeo, located in Moca, Puerto Rico, awards a three year contract to H.I.M. ON CALL, Inc. to provide offsite Retrospective Data Quality Review Services of Hospital San Carlos Borromeo’s inpatient medical records. The contract shall encompass monthly comprehensive coding reviews to determine the accuracy, quality and validity of the originally assigned ICD-9 diagnosis and procedure codes as well as assessing the appropriate DRG assignment.
