Experienced HIM consultant and Medical Records Director to lead operational excellence as VP of Client Operations

Carovillano, RHIA, as Vice President of Client Operations. The announcement was made by the company’s CEO, Joseph J. Gurrieri, RHIA, CHP, and President, H.I.M. ON CALL.

As Vice President of Client Operations, Carovillano is responsible for leading and directing the company’s operations and client deliverables through best practice processes, procedures, plans, staffing, and oversight.

Prior to joining H.I.M. ON CALL, Carovillano served in several different roles within the HIM field, both as a Consultant and hospital HIM Director. With initial coding experience, she has directed Health Information Management departments and operations across New Jersey including Director and project leadership roles at the New Jersey Hospital Association.
